We have addressed invitations directly to those invited. If you think we may have accidentally missed someone we would love to celebrate with, please do let us know and we can chat. Unfortunately the venue does have some capacity constraints so it is possible that we may not be able to accomodate.
Through our dress code, “Nothing New”, we kindly encourage guests to wear formal attire from their existing wardrobes, where possible. Colour is very welcome, and we are not particularly precious about white.
For planning purposes, please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors.
There is no parking available on site. Please make use of a shuttle or taxi service if you plan to indulge, particularly as Hermanus has a zero-tolerance policy. Please see some options we have previously used on the “Travel & Stay” tab of this website.
We kindly request your response by 6 December 2026. Please RSVP using the buttons on the main page of this website. If you have any trouble doing so, please do get in touch with us directly.
The wedding will not be directly catered for children. However, if having your little one nearby would help you relax and enjoy the celebration, we would be very happy for them to join. The venue offers babysitting services at approximately R110 per hour, and we will arrange an appropriate space nearby. Please let us know by the RSVP deadline so we can get in touch and organise accordingly.
We have always enjoyed spending time in Hermanus and hope you will too. There are numerous hotels, guest houses and Airbnbs available in both Hermanus and Onrus, catering to a range of budgets. Please see the “Travel & Stay” tab of this website for some suggestions, and do feel free to reach out if you would like any help choosing or booking accommodation.
Unfortunately, there is no accommodation available at the venue.
Please inform us of any dietary requirements in your RSVP so that the fabulous team at the venue can accommodate you.
If you have any food allergies, we kindly ask that you specify these clearly as allergies to ensure appropriate care is taken in the kitchen.
We recommend arriving at the venue at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time to make your way through the grounds to the lawn where the ceremony will take place.
Yes. If you prefer not to use the stairs opposite the parking area to reach the ceremony, please continue driving past the parking lot and around towards the manor house, where a ramp is available.
Accessible bathrooms are located on the ground floor.
